In some instances, we can get you into your own home for a deposit as little as 5% of the purchase price and depending on your eligibility, we can even use the First Home Owners Grant to contribute towards this deposit.

Some of the house and land packages we have access to start from $590,000. This could mean you might be eligible to pay as little as a $29,500 for your deposit or even less if qualify for the First Home Owners Grant.
